“What’s been your favorite place in Mexico?” is a question I keep getting — and my answer is…
…“I don’t know! I haven’t been everywhere yet.” It sounds a little tongue-in-cheek, but I’m serious. But I won’t keep you in suspense, either. You can follow in my footsteps (virtually) and read through my observations of every city in Mexico I’ve been to, to date (in order of appearance).

And finally… my 6-months in Mexico have come to an end.
This stint in Mexico may be over, but the solo travels continue. Catch the action live on Instagram and Facebook)!
Regarding visiting Mexico, a dear friend travels to Isla Mujeres abt 3-4 times a year!
It looks beautiful! I haven’t been yet… will add to my list 🙂
Admire your adventurous solo travels through Mexico. Lived in Guadalajara from 11 to 14 and can’t wait to escape the city to Lake Chapala when I get there. My go to is a village at the west end called Jocotepec, further from the maddening crowds. Are you familiar with https://www.mexicodesconocido.com.mx/?
Thank you Adam! Lake Chapala is great. There’s a lot I’d love still to explore over there. And no, I haven’t — but it looks like a really informative site! Thanks for sharing.
Looks fun! I think the more I read your posts, the closer I come to a tipping point of just quitting my job and hitting the road… 😉 LOL 🙂
hehehe, that’s all part of my master plan!!
